His paws where heavy as he ran through the snow. He shivered as his short-haired fur did what it could to keep him warm. The sounds of people yelling and cars screetching pierced in his ears. He stood and found is way to where the lonely pups stayed. As a great dane pup, he figured no one would want him. He walked in a small circle trying to move the snow so he could have a warm bed. He curled up into a ball, tail over his black nose and his eyes gazed at the stars until they drooped shut. What was his name? His name was Mudd.

Little Bodice ran into area only sorrounded by cold wind. She saw a pup in the distance not of her breed thuogh. it was large with spacks of black on its hide. She travled closer slowly hoping not to scare him. Her winter coat was still very warm as she lay near the pup. She licked his side and smilled. Lo' Young One she aid in a low voice over the wind.
