How to spice up your posts!

Here are some tips for writing good length, interesting posts which other people will appreciate and put effort into answering.

1)If you don’t have anything much to write about, write about the surroundings, the weather, what the ground looks like, the sights, smells, sounds, how your character is feeling and thinking.

2)Listen to music! This can always help boost a muse and give you some ideas for an inspired post!

3)Plot out what’s going to happen before hand with the people in the thread! Not necessary everything, but having a basic outline lets you know what you can and can’t say, and how much you can expand on it.

4) Take your time, it won’t hurt anyone if you type your post up in another program and make it something you’re proud of before posting it. Longer, interesting posts are better then short ones.

5) Put yourselves in the shoes of your character to try and feel their emotions. (yeah I know that sounds corner)

If anyone else has ideas about how they get inspired for their posts, feel free to add more!

Umm....

Try to describe every noun/verb.. but don't go overboard. EG:::

YES::
The ebonite femmora of darkness stalked very quietly through the moon-coated alleyway, listening intently for a sound which she fervently wished to behold...

NO:::
The black dog walked through the alley listening for a sound she wanted to hear.

PLEASE don't just do a crummy post and space it over four lines to meet the rules criteria. Other people put in the effort - and four lines isn't that much. Take your time!!!
